Our desserts are freshly made to order with utmost care. Due to their perishable nature, we maintain a strict no-cancellation and no-return policy once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:
• The product arrives damaged or in an unusable condition.
• The product delivered is incorrect compared to what was ordered.
• There is a genuine quality concern reported within the specified time frame.
How to Raise a Request:
• Please contact us at lefoudelights@gmail.com within 2 hours of receiving the order.
• Kindly share your order ID, a short description of the issue, and photographs as proof.
Resolution Process:
• Once approved, a replacement will be arranged or a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be provided either as store credit or direct refund to the original payment method.
Note: Refunds/replacements will not be applicable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or unavailability at the time of delivery.
